Milk Bar Mondays is a group of blogging baking girls who work their way through the Momofuku Milk Bar Cookbook. These Carrot Cake Truffles are not your normal truffle. Of course they aren’t, how could they be if they are included in this book. It’s a rich, buttery, and sugary carrot cake, combined with liquid cheesecake, rolled in white chocolate and then milk crumbs. Yes, there are a lot of components. Yes, it will take some time. And yes, it is 100% incredibly worth it!
